摘要
我国高校毕业生就业形势严峻,其中“慢就业”现象成为影响学生就业的重要因素。本文在阐述“慢就业”现状基础上,从社会心理学方面深入分析了高校毕业生“慢就业”的影响因素,主要包括社会因素、学校因素、家庭因素和个人因素,并基于精准就业服务视角,围绕以上四个影响因素有针对性地提出了解决“慢就业”对策。
College graduates in China are facing a grim employment situation,partly because of the slow employment phenomenon.This paper first makes an in-depth psychological analysis of the factors contributing to slow employment of college graduates,including social factors,school factors,family factors and personal factors and then discusses how to address these four factors and deal with slow employment from the perspective of precise employment services.
