摘要
对2020年8月广西某养羊场送检的1份羊病料采用细菌学和分子生物学方法进行诊断,对分离菌株进行形态学特性、生理生化、16S rDNA测序,结果鉴定为链球菌,应用PCR方法检测到多杀性巴氏杆菌阳性。对分离菌进行药敏试验,结果显示该菌对青霉素、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、土霉素、头孢噻呋钠高度敏感。对分离菌进行致病性试验,结果显示该菌有较强的致病性。检测结果表明该病为链球菌与多杀性巴氏杆菌混合感染引起的。
Bacteriological and molecular biological methods were used for the diagnosis of one sample of sheep from a goat farm of Guangxi in August 2020,the isolated strain by morphology,physiology,biochemistry and 16 S rDNA was sequenced,and identified as Streptococcus,Pasteurella multocida positive identified by PCR amplification.Drug sensitivity analysis were perfomed on the isolated pathogenic bateria.The drug susceptibility test showed that the bacterium was highly sensitive to penicillin,enoxacin,ofloxacin,oxytetracycline,cefotifuran sodium.The pathogenicity test showed that this strain has strong pathogenicity.According to the test results,the disease is caused by the mixed infection of Streptococcus and Pasteulobacter multocida.
