摘要
中国实验快堆是我国核能三步走战略中的重大步骤。工程2010年首次临界,截至2019年年底首炉燃料组件和控制棒组件在CEFR堆内已经停留9年6个月,为了确保CEFR后续运行安全,对首炉燃料组件和控制棒组件继续运行的安全性进行了全面论证和评审。本文主要阐述了中国实验快堆首炉燃料组件和控制棒组件继续运行审评实践,对于重点审评问题进行了说明,并给出了后续安全运行的建议。
China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR)is an important step in China’s nuclear energy three-step strategy.The first criticality of the project was in 2010.By the end of 2019,the fuel assembly and control rod assembly of the first furnace had stayed in CEFR reactor for 9 years and 6 months.In order to ensure the follow-up operation safety of CEFR,the safety of the fuel assembly and control rod assembly of the first furnace was comprehensively demonstrated and reviewed.This paper mainly describes the continuous operation evaluation practice of the fuel assembly and control rod assembly of the first furnace of China experimental fast reactor,describes the key evaluation problems,and gives suggestions for the subsequent safe operation.
