关于我国M310及其改进型核电机组的应急柴油发电机抗震性能不足问题的分析

摘要 核电厂应急柴油发电机是核电厂应急安全电源,且与核安全直接相关,在核电厂厂用电源与辅助电源都发生故障不可用时启动,以保证反应堆安全停堆并防止关键设备损坏,是核电机组非常重要的安全级设备。国内外的运行经验反馈发现:目前我国M310及其改进型核电机组应急柴油发电机组的油、水、气、电等管线与周围的固定结构距离很近,在地震发生时,会加剧移动和固定的部位间的位移偏差,移动管线可能会与土建、支撑件、固定管线等固定结构发生碰磨,管线、结构有可能破裂或折断,导致应急柴油发电机组故障失效。本文分析了我国M310及其改进型核电机组的应急柴油发电机抗震性能不足的现状及原因,并提出合理建议。 Nuclear power plant emergency diesel generator is the emergency safety power source of nuclear power plant,and is directly related to nuclear safety.It is used to start when both the power supply and auxiliary power supply fail in nuclear power plant,so as to ensure the safe shutdown of reactor and prevent the damage of key equipment.It is a very important safety equipment of nuclear power plant.And according to the operation experience of feedback both at home and abroad,found that at present our country M310 emergency diesel generator set and its advanced nuclear power units of oil,water,gas,electricity and other pipeline with fixed structure around the distance is very close,when the earthquake struck,between mobile and fixed position displacement deviation,mobile pipeline may be fixed,such as civil engineering,support member,fixed line structure to touch the ground,pipeline,structure may be broken or broken,resulting in failure of emergency diesel generator set.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the inadequate seismic performance of emergency diesel generators of M310 and its improved nuclear power units in China,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for improvement.
