严重事故缓解系统薄弱环节分析与对策

摘要 本文介绍了秦山第二核电厂严重事故管理导则概况,分析了核电厂系统设施在预防或缓解严重事故后果方面的能力,找出了对应的系统和设备相关的薄弱环节;此外,对核电厂严重事故缓解系统薄弱环节对应的系统和设备的定期试验监督进行了分析,提出了相关建议。 This paper introduces a summary of severe accident management guidelines(SAMG)of Qinshan2.This paper analyzes the ability of current nuclear power plant systems and equipment to prevent or mitigate severe accident consequences in detail,so as to identify the weakness and relevant systems or equipment.The operability of the safety relevant systems will be affirmed by periodic test during nuclear safety surveillance on normal operation condition.One of the important duties of nuclear safety surveillance is to oversee the performance of periodic test.This paper points out the important systems and relevant periodic test which need to paid more attention to ensure the operability of the systems and its mitigation ability under severe accident condition.Thereby,reduce the probability of severe accident occur,and mitigate the aftereffects of severe accident.
