机组定子振动幅值大原因分析和解决措施

摘要 针对彭水电站4号水轮发电机组定子振动幅值大的问题,通过4号机组A级检修,对机组相关部件进行调整,有效降低了定子振动幅值,确保了机组安全稳定运行,为后期水轮发电机组类似问题治理提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of large vibration amplitude of No.4 hydro generator unit stator in Pengshui hydropower station,through the class A maintenance of unit 4,the relevant components of the unit are adjusted to effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the stator,ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,which provides reference for the treatment of similar problems of water turbine generator units in the later stage.
