摘要
随着大型水电站运行与控制的自动化程度越来越高,开发安全、实用、专业的三维仿真培训系统是运行维护人员岗前培训、技能提升、业务考核的重要手段。通过彭水水电站仿真培训系统的开发设计,论述了水电站三维仿真培训系统开发的总体要求,包括了水电站仿真培训系统方案、设计、功能、性能指标、软件配置、仿真机模型的图形及界面、事故及处理等方面的内容。通过对水电站的电气系统、水机系统、油水气辅助系统等进行全方位的三维模拟仿真,有效满足了运行维护人员巡检、操作、故障处理等培训需求,完成水电站技术人员技能培训、业务考评、竞赛等各项任务。
With the increasing automation of operation and control of large hydropower stations,developing a safe,practical and professional3D simulation training system is an important means for pre job training,skill improvement and business assessment of operation and maintenance personnel.Through the development and design of Pengshui hydropower station simulation training system,the overall requirements for the development of the 3D simulation training system for hydropower stations are discussed,including the program,design,functions,performance indicators,software configuration,graphics and interfaces of the simulator model,accidents and handling of the hydropower station simulation training system.Through the all-round 3D simulation of the electrical system,hydraulic system and oil,water and gas auxiliary system of the hydropower station,the training needs of patrol inspection,operation and fault treatment of operation and maintenance personnel are effectively met,and various tasks such as skill training,business evaluation and competition of technicians of the hydropower station are completed.
