升船机承船厢U型密封框漏水分析与结构改造

摘要 分析了彭水水电站升船机承船厢U型密封框漏水原因,提出了将原C型密封改造为一条断面为W型的折叠式可伸缩成形橡皮作为对接的主止水密封,有效改善了U型密封框动作条件、升船机承船厢和闸首对接时的止水效果,减缓了密封的磨损,延长了U型密封框使用年限,提升了通航效率。 The causes of water leakage in the U-shaped sealing frame of ship lift chamber of Pengshui hydropower station are analyzed.The original C-type seal is transformed into a W-type folding telescopic rubber as the butt joint main water stop seal,which effectively improves the action conditions of the U-type seal frame and the water stop effect during the butt joint between the ship lift bearing chamber and the lock head,slows down the wear of the seal,prolongs the service life of the U-type seal frame and improves the navigation efficiency.
