发电机励磁交流电缆温度异常分析及处理

摘要 针对发电机励磁交流电缆并联运行中电流及温度分布异常情况,对大电流电缆运行环境、敷设方式进行分析,得出电缆的运行环境、敷设方式对大电流单芯多根电缆并联运行的影响,提出了有效的解决方案。根据现场实际,建议大电流单芯电缆在并联运行环境应保持通风良好,并按照相序交叉次序进行敷设,为后续的工作提供了参考。 According to the abnormal current and temperature distribution in parallel operation of generator excitation AC cables,the operation environment and laying mode of high current cable are analyzed.The influence of the operating environment and laying method of the cable on the parallel operation of large-current single-core and multiple cables is obtained,and an effective solution is proposed.According to the field practice,it is suggested that the high current single core cable should be well ventilated in the parallel operation environment and laid according to the cross sequence of phase sequence,which provides a reference for the follow-up work.
