针对水轮发电机组大修期间操作项目多、交叉上电设备试运多、设备技改首次投运操作多等运行操作特点,梳理了大修期间运行操作风险点,提出了运行操作风险管控措施,以期杜绝误操作,实现零违章,保障大修顺利进行。

Aiming at the characteristics of many operation items,many cross power on equipment commissioning and many first operation of equipment technical transformation etc.during the overhaul of water turbine generator unit,The operational risk points during the overhaul period are sorted out,and operational operational risk management and control measures are proposed to prevent misoperations,achieve zero violations,and ensure the smooth progress of the overhaul.
