摘要 与传统的人工地面巡视相比,遥感卫星巡视能实现高精度、全天候、准实时、超大覆盖,能从太空近地、远地视角,快速获取输电线路本体及走廊的基本信息,在安全性、成本上更具优势。通过开展基于卫星技术的电网“天空地协同”巡视的技术研究,实现云南电网输电线路卫星辅助监视,做到高精度、准实时、大覆盖、高效率,提升电网的防灾减灾能力。 Compared with the traditional artificial ground patrol,the remote sensing satellite patrol has the advantages of high-precision,all-weather,quasi real-time,super large coverage,and can quickly obtain the basic information of transmission line body and corridor from the perspective of space both near earth and far earth.It has more advantages in safety and cost.Through the technical research of‘sky ground coordination’patrol inspection based on satellite technology,the satellite aided monitoring of Yunnan power grid transmission line is realized,which implements high precision,quasi real time,large coverage and high efficiency,and can improve the disaster prevention and mitigation ability of power grid.
