WSP/M LOESS复合高吸水性树脂的制备及性能

摘要 以核桃壳粉(WSP)、丙烯酸(AA)和改性黄土(modified loess,M LOESS)为基料,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N,N′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备了复合高吸水性树脂.考察了M LOESS用量对树脂的吸水倍率与溶胀动力学的影响,研究了材料的保水性、反复溶胀性及不同pH溶液中的吸水稳定性.结果表明,w(M LOESS)为4%时,树脂的吸水和吸盐倍率分别高达1231.1 g/g和90.9 g/g,保水倍率为530.8 g/g,5次反复溶胀的吸水倍率为初始的49%,在不同pH溶液中的吸水保水能力稳定,有一定的实际应用价值. The composite super absorbent was prepared by graft polymerization in aqueous solution using walnut shell powder(WSP),acrylic acid(AA)and modified loess(M LOESS)as basic materials,while ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator and N,N′methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinker.The effect of the amount of loess on swelling capabilities and the swelling kinetics of the resin was investigated.The water retention,repeated swelling and water absorption stability in different pH solutions of composite were studied.The results show that when the loess content is 4%,the water absorption and salt absorption ratio of the material are as high as 1231.1 g/g and 90.9 g/g respectively,the water retention ratio is 530.8 g/g,and the water absorption rate of the 5 times repeated swelling is 49%of the initial.The water absorption and retention capacity of the material in different pH solutions is stable,which has a certain practical application value.
