摘要
洪水、雨涝灾害的发生,不仅破坏了生态环境,而且对居民的生产生活影响重大。在洪涝灾害发生后,被积水浸泡过的食品会因被污染而发生不同程度的霉变,应避免被积水浸泡的饮料、面包、火腿肠、罐头等速食食品进入市场,影响人们的身体健康。本文从食品生产者、消费者、经营者和市场监管的角度对这一问题进行了探讨。
The occurrence of floods and rain waterlogging disasters not only destroys the ecological environment,but also has a major impact on the production and life of residents.After the flood disaster occurs,food soaked in stagnant water will be mildewed to varying degrees due to contamination.It should be avoided that the beverage,bread,ham sausage,canned and other fast food soaked by ponding will enter the market and affect people’s health.This article discussed this issue from the perspectives of food producers,consumers,operators and market supervision.
