食品监督和抽检检测的质量控制研究

摘要 我国社会经济实现了跨越式的发展,而人们对于食品安全问题的重视度也在不断增强。为了进一步推动我国食品监督与检验工作的健康、稳定发展,根据实际情况不断完善食品监管体系就显得尤为重要。基于此,本文通过对食品监督与抽检监测工作重要性的合理分析,针对其中存在的问题提出了有效解决措施,希望能为食品监督与检验工作提供一定的理论支持。 China’s social economy has achieved leaps and bounds,and people’s attention to food safety issues has been increasing.In order to further promote the healthy and stable development of China’s food supervision and inspection,it is particularly important to continuously improve the food supervision system according to the actual situation.Based on this,this paper,through a reasonable analysis of the importance of food supervision and sampling and monitoring work,puts forward effective measures to solve the problems that exist,hoping to provide some theoretical support for food supervision and inspection work.
