食品检验机构数据准确性的影响因素及提升策略

摘要 食品检验机构是检验食品合格、安全与否的专业技术机构,其检验数据的准确性至关重要。基于此,本文从人、机、料、法、环和测6方面分析影响食品检验机构数据准确性的因素,并提出提升食品检验机构数据准确性的对策。 The food inspection agency is a professional technical agency that inspects the quality and safety of food,and the accuracy of its inspection data is very important.Based on this,this article analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of the data of food inspection agencies from the six aspects of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement,and proposes countermeasures to improve the accuracy of data of food inspection agencies.
