摘要
结合工作实际对三维运动混合机的混合均匀度进行测试,首先基于混合原理对当前混合机的应用进行阐述,并提出相应的试验内容和试验方法。通过对三维运动混合机进行不同混合比对应混合均匀度的试验并对试验结果进行分析,通过计算变异系数CV(CV=(标准偏差SD/平均值Mean)×100%,预混合添加剂混合物均匀度变异系数不超过5%)来确定混合机是否符合要求。采用该方法对三维运动混合机进行验证,可以让使用者充分了解仪器性能指标,为生产过程的精准控制及产品质量控制提供技术保障。
Combined with the actual work,the mixing uniformity of the three-dimensional motion mixer is tested.First,the application of the current mixer is explained based on the mixing principle,and the corresponding experimental content and experimental methods are proposed.Through the experiment of different mixing ratio corresponding to the mixing uniformity of the three-dimensional motion mixer and the analysis of the experimental results,the coefficient of variation CV(CV=(standard deviation SD/mean value×100%)is calculated,and the uniformity variation of the pre-mixed additive mixture The coefficient does not exceed 5%)to determine whether the mixer meets the requirements.Using this method to verify the three-dimensional motion mixer can allow users to fully understand the performance indicators of the instrument,and provide technical guarantee for precise control of the production process and product quality control.
