Application of Chemical Technology in Food Safety Detection

随着生活水平的不断提高,食品种类更加丰富。然而,近年来食品安全问题频频发生,为保障人们的饮食安全,有必要加强食品生产监督力度,并利用检测技术开展食品安全检测工作。本文主要分析了食品安全问题,介绍食品安全检测中化学技术的应用,并指出食品安全检测中化学技术应用要点,为相关研究提供参考。

With the continuous improvement of living standards,there are more kinds of food.However,in recent years,food safety problems have occurred frequently.In order to ensure people’s food safety,it is necessary to strengthen food production supervision and use detection technology to carry out food safety detection.This paper mainly analyzes the food safety problems,introduces the application of chemical technology in food safety detection,and points out the key points of chemical technology application in food safety detection,so as to provide reference for relevant research.
