摘要
随着我国经济发展速度的加快,食品安全问题愈发受到重视。国家食品安全抽样检验信息系统是调查食品安全、保障人们身体健康的重要工具。本文针对该信息检验系统的食品安全抽样检验效果及其影响进行分析,另外研究了计划制定、抽样方式及报告方式的变化,浅谈风险点,并提出改善食品抽样工作的有效保障机制。
With the acceleration of China’s economic development,food safety issues have received more and more attention.The national food safety sampling inspection information system is an important tool to investigate food safety and ensure national health.This paper analyzes the effect and influence of food safety sampling inspection of the information inspection system,studies the changes of plan formulation,sampling method and reporting method,discusses the risk points,and puts forward an effective guarantee mechanism to improve food sampling work.
