“以人民为中心”的时代价值体现在许多方面。从马克思主义人学角度来解读,主要聚焦在三个方面:第一,从理论本身来看,“以人民为中心”以其丰富的内涵和鲜明的时代特色对马克思主义人学理论诸多方面实现了发展,例如在社会治理中坚持和发展了人民主体思想,为人的全面发展理论增添了许多具有新时代特点的内容等;第二,在实践层面,“以人民为中心”在各方面创造了人的全面发展的实现条件;第三,从现实要求来看,中国共产党把“以人民为中心”作为治国理政的灵魂思想,人民的主体地位被提高到了前所未有的高度,开创了党立足新时代继续坚守人民立场的新局面。

The value of the era of“People-centered”is reflected in many aspects.From the perspective of Marxist humanity to interpret,it mainly focuses on three aspects.First,from the perspective of the theory itself,it has achieved developments in many aspects of Marxist human theory with its rich connotation and distinctive characteristics of the times.For example,in social governance,China insists and develops people’s main idea and adds a lot of new era characteristics to the theory of all-round development of man.Second,at the practical level,it has created the realization of all-round development of man in all aspects.Third,from the perspective of practical requirements,the Communist Party of China takes it as the soul thought of governing the country and government,and the people’s dominant position has been raised to an unprecedented height,creating a new situation in which the Party continues to stick to the people’s position based on the new era.
