摘要
“三全育人”是教育领域深化改革的重大举措,对中国高等教育发展具有重大的理论和现实意义。“三全育人”理念对解决当前心理育人面临的师资缺乏、认识误区、机制统筹等问题具有关键作用。以“全员育人”为基础彰显心理育人意蕴,以“全程育人”为导向贯穿心理育人始终,以“全方位育人”为纲领完善高校心理育人体系,凝聚立德树人合力,切实提升高校心理育人工作的实效性,构建高校心理育人新格局,为党和国家的人才培养事业奠定坚实的基础。
“Three Comprehensive Education”is an important measure to deepen the reform in the field of education,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the development of higher education in China.Its concept plays a key role in solving the problems of psychological education such as the lack of teachers,misunderstanding and overall arrangement of mechanism.We should highlight the meaning of psychological education based on the“All-round Education”,use the guidance of“All-round Education”to run through the whole process of psychological education,improve the psychological education system under the programme of“All-round Education”,condense the joint force of moral education,effectively improve the effectiveness of psychological education and build a new pattern of psychological education in colleges and universities to lay a solid foundation for the talent training cause of the Party and the state.
