高校辅导员与思政课教师协同育人的探究

A Probe into the Cooperative Education of College Counselors and Ideological and Political Teachers

21世纪以来,国内外环境变得愈加复杂,多元化社会思潮对大学生价值观产生了重要影响,高校思想政治教育面临着新的挑战。作为大学生思想政治教育队伍的中流砥柱,高校思政课教师与辅导员发挥着重要作用。由于诸多因素限制,两者并没有形成有效的教育合力,未能发挥协同育人功效。目前,高校辅导员与思想课教师协同育人存在联动性不强,各自为政;人员岗位固化,无法顺畅流通;队伍建设不足,育人效果大打折扣等问题。针对此类现实问题,高校需构建平台,促进两者交流;完善机制,确保人员流通;推动两支队伍建设,切实增强育人成效。

Since entering the 21st century,the environment at home and abroad has become more and more complex,and the diversified social thoughts have also had an important impact on the values of college students.College ideological and political education is facing new challenges.As the mainstay of college students’ideological and political education,college ideological and political teachers and counselors play an important role.Due to various factors,they both have not formed a joint force in education and exerted the effect of synergistic education.At present,they have weak linkages in the collaborative education of people;the personnel are solidified and unable to flow smoothly;the team building is insufficient and the education effect is greatly discounted.In response to the practical problems,higher vocational colleges need to build a platform to promote their exchanges;improve the mechanism to ensure the circulation of personnel;promote the two teams’construction to effectively enhance the effectiveness of education.
