新时代思政课教师的知识困境与数智突围 被引量:1

摘要 社会发展、知识迭代、技术变革,使思政课教师面临知识体量剧增、知识幅度扩展、全新知识不断创生、知识更新周期缩短、课程内容不断细化、专业化程度加深、知识传输通道日益多元等挑战,同时,在学习场景转换、融合和全新教学生态形成、演进的新环境下,思政课教师要突破自己所面临的知识困境应对时代的挑战和要求,必须保持自我开放性,不断更新知识信息,并以团队力量、协同意识、平台思维,依托大数据和人工智能等技术,构建全新的思政课教育教学生态,落实立德树人的根本任务。 The social development,knowledge iteration and technological change make the ideological and political teachers face challenges such as the sharp increase of knowledge volume,the expansion of knowledge,the continuous creation of new knowledge,the shortening of knowledge renewal cycle,the continuous refinement of curriculum content,the deepening of specialization and the increasingly diversified knowledge transmission channels.At the same time,under the new environment of learning scene transformation and integration and the formation and evolution of new teaching ecology,in order to break through the knowledge dilemma and meet the challenges and requirements of the times,the ideological and political teachers must maintain their openness,constantly update knowledge information,construct and lead a new ideological and political teaching ecology and with team strength,collaborative awareness,platform thinking,rely on technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people.
