基于物联网射频技术的抽水蓄能电站智能化仓储管理新模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着“双碳”目标的提出,抽水蓄能电站建设恰逢其时,并面临着前所未有的发展机遇和艰巨的发展任务。物资仓储管理是抽水蓄能电站物资供应的重要环节,高效智能的物资仓储管理模式十分重要。但由于抽水蓄能物资种类繁多、需求差异大、标准化程度低等特点,使得物资仓储管理面临艰巨形势。本文基于抽水蓄能电站物资仓储管理,探索二维码、射频识别、移动终端等技术应用到抽水蓄能物资仓储管理业务,研究发现,通过PDA构建起“二维码(条形码)+RFID”的智能化物资仓储管理新模式,大幅度提升抽水蓄能电站物资仓储管理水平,实现仓储管理流程的在线监测及仓储现状的动态管控,为抽水蓄能电站的智能化仓储管理提供技术保证。 With the proposal of"double carbon"goal,the construction of pumped storage power station is at the right time,and is facing unprecedented development opportunities and arduous development tasks.Storage management is an important link in the material supply of pumped storage power station,and an efficient and smart material storage management mode is very important.However,due to the characteristics of a wide variety of pumped storage materials,large demand differences and low degree of standardization,the material warehouse management is facing an arduous situation.Based on the storage management of pumped storage power station,this paper explores the application of two-dimensional code,RFID,mobile terminal and other technologies to the storage management business.It is found that the new smart storage management mode of"2D code(bar code)&RFID"is constructed through PDA,which greatly improves the storage management level of pumped storage power station,Realize the on-line monitoring of warehouse management process and dynamic management and control of warehouse status,so as to provide technical guarantee for intelligent warehouse management of pumped storage power station.
