摘要 随着抽水蓄能机组不断向高水头、大容量、高转速方向发展,为了保证机组的高性能指标要求和轻量化结构设计要求,将大量采用新材料、新结构进行制造,增加了其制造难度。本文分析了高水头抽水蓄能机组两瓣式蜗壳座环的工艺结构及生产制造难点,并对制造难点提出了解决方案,形成了一套高水头抽水蓄能机组两瓣式蜗壳座环制造工艺方案和制造技术。 With the continuous development of pumped storage units in the direction of high head,large capacity and high speed,in order to ensure the high performance index requirements and lightweight structure design requirements of the unit,a large number of new materials and new structures will be used for manufacturing the pumped storage equipments,which increases the difficulty of manufacturing..This paper analyzes the process structure and manufacturing difficulties of the two split parts spiral case and stay ring of the high-head pumped storage unit,and proposes solutions for the manufacturing difficulties.The manufacturing process and manufacturing technology of the spiral case and stay ring have been formed.
