振动时效对抽水蓄能发电电动机磁轭焊接残余应力影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 磁轭是抽水蓄能机组发电电动机的一个重要部件,既是发电电动机磁路的组成部分,也是固定磁极的结构部件。随着机组尺寸的不断增大,采用钢板拼焊制造磁轭成为重要制造方法。高强钢板焊接制造的磁轭不能采用热处理的方式消除应力,因此,对振动时效前后拼焊圆形磁轭的焊接残余应力进行了测试与分析,并与热处理方式的去应力效果进行了对比。试验结果表明,振动时效消除应力效果同样明显,而且均一化效果更好,未来拼焊磁轭的制造过程可以采用振动时效的方法来消除应力,稳定加工尺寸。 The rim is an important part of the generator motor of the pumped storage unit.It is not only a component of the generator's magnetic circuit,but also a structural component that fixes the magnetic pole.With the increase of the size of the unit,the use of steel plate welding rim has become an important manufacturing method.The rim manufactured by high-strength steel plate welding cannot be relieved by heat treatment.Therefore,the welding residual stress of the welded round rim before and after VSR is tested and analyzed,and compared with the stress relief effect of the heat treatment.The test results show that the stress relief effect of VSR is also obvious,and the homogenization effect is better.In the future manufacturing process of welded rims,The VSR can be used to eliminate stress and stabilize the processing dimensional.
