摘要
针对利用机械式拔销器实现飞行器气动控制面锁定,提出一种气动控制面解锁控制方法。基于气动控制面锁定状态下固定的摆角范围,设计了气动控制面锁定状态查询方法;提出一种高可靠的气动控制面解锁时序;确定了基于气动控制面小角度摆动的解锁状态判定方法。地面原理性试验表明,采用以上方法可以实现飞行器气动控制面的可靠解锁。
At the application of using a mechanical pin puller to lock the aerodynamic control surface of aircraft,a method for unlocking the aerodynamic control surface was proposed.Based on the fixed swing angle range of the aerodynamic control surface in the locked state,a method for querying the locked state of the aerodynamic control surface was designed;A highly reliable aerodynamic control surface unlocking sequence was proposed;A unlocking state determination method based on small-angle swing of the aerodynamic control surface was designed.The ground principle test shows that the above method can realize the reliable unlocking of the aerodynamic control surface of the aircraft.
