摘要 针对传统履带装备行动部分调整方法通用性不强、精确性不高、效率低下等问题,设计了一种履带装备行动部分智能调整装置,研发了自调节基座,搭载激光测距系统、显示控制软件及自动调整执行机构;该装置可兼容多种车型,自调节适应环境,数据测量处理精准高效,调节控制稳定,自动化程度高;在调整误差和时间方面均优于传统调整方法,能够有效节约人力资源,大幅提升平战时质量效益。 Aiming at the problems such as the low universality,low accuracy and low efficiency of the traditional adjustment method for the moving part of tracked equipment,an intelligent adjustment device for the moving part of tracked equipment was designed,and a self-adjusting base was developed,carry laser ranging system,display control software and automatic adjustment of the executive body were designed analyzed.The device is compatible with a variety of vehicle types,self-adjusting adaptive environment,accurate and efficient data measurement and processing,high automatic degree of adjustment and control stability,and superior to the traditional adjustment method in terms of adjustment error and time,can effectively save human resources,and greatly enhance the quality and efficiency of peacetime and wartime.
