摘要
简单介绍了石墨烯增强复合材料的问题;综述了石墨烯泡沫的主要制备方法,有自组装、模板法、溶胶-凝胶法,讨论不同制备方法对石墨烯泡沫结构和屏蔽性能的影响。综述了采用不同方法制备的石墨烯泡沫(GF)复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能,复合材料不仅屏蔽性能高,且GF的添加量远小于石墨烯悬浮液的添加量。最后展望了石墨烯泡沫将大规模工业化生产,提出了未来应集中发展三元或多元杂化GF增强聚合物基电磁屏蔽(EMI)材料,还需要通过大量的实验来获得高孔隙率、均匀孔径和更长连续性的GF。
The article briefly introduces the problems of graphene reinforced composite materials.The preparation methods of graphene foam are reviewed,including self-assembly,template method,and sol-gel method;The influence of different preparation methods on the structure and shielding performance of graphene foam is also discussed.The electromagnetic shielding performance of graphene foam(GF)composites prepared by different researchers using different methods was reviewed.It was found that the composites not only had high shielding performance,but also the amount of GF added was much smaller than that of graphene suspension;Finally,I looked forward to the large-scale industrial production of graphene foam,and proposed that we should focus on the development of ternary or multi-element hybrid GF reinforced polymer-based electromagnetic shielding(EMI)materials in the future and a lot of experiments are needed to obtain GF with high porosity,uniform pore size and longer continuity.
