摘要
采用水热法合成了一种球状Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2)杂化物材料。通过SEM、XRD、EDXS、XPS等手段对其形貌、结构、元素组成和价态进行了表征。以电化学工作站考察了球状Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2)杂化物在碱性条件下对甲醇的电催化氧化性能。研究发现,引入Cu元素所制得的球状Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2)杂化物对甲醇的电催化氧化电流远高于作为对照的Ni(OH)_(2),前者的塔菲尔斜率为60.4 mV/dec,也远低于后者的133.4 mV/dec。施加恒电位0.6 V,在36000 s的测试时间内表现出良好的稳定性。球状Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2)杂化物对甲醇的电催化氧化表现出良好的性能。
A new kind of spherical Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2) hybrid material was synthesized by hydrothermal method.The morphology,structure,elemental composition and valence state were characterized by SEM,XRD,EDXS and XPS.The electrocatalytic oxidation of methanol by spherical Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2) hybrid compounds was investigated using an electrochemical workstation.The peak current density was higher than that of Ni(OH)_(2),and the Tafel slope(60.4 mV/Dec)was lower than that of Ni(OH)_(2)(133.4 mV/Dec).The constant potential was applied at 0.6 V,which showed good stability in the test time of 36000 s.Therefore,the spherical Ni(OH)_(2)-Cu(OH)_(2) hybrid exhibits excellent electrocatalytic performance.
