生产性服务业集聚对江苏新型城镇化影响的测度研究

Measurement Research on Agglomeration of Producer Services Industry Promoting New Urbanization Level in Jiangsu Province

在对江苏省产业集聚和新型城镇化建设现状分析的基础上,从人口经济、社会、环境等四个方面测量江苏省新型城镇化水平,以区位熵测量其生产性服务业集聚水平,采集2015-2019年江苏省13城市面板数据,构建计量模型进行实证研究。研究表明:区域经济中服务业集聚对新型城镇化水平整体呈显著促进作用,城镇化水平的提升也有利于生产性服务业集聚水平提高。根据实证结果,提出着力改善落后地区基础设施建设、选择合适的产业带动城镇化发展等政策建议。

Based on the analysis of the status quo of Jiangsu’s industrial agglomeration and new urbanization construction,the new urbanization level of Jiangsu Province is measured from the aspects of population,econo my,space,society and ecological environment,and the level of producer service industry is measured by location quotient collected over the years and collect regional panel data of cities at different levels in Jiangsu Province to construct an econometric model for empirical research.The research show that the agglomeration of service industries in the regional economy promotes a significant positive effect of the new urbanization level,and the improvement of the urbanization level is also conducive to the agglomeration of the producer services industry.According to the results of the measurement study,the government should eliminate regional policies, accelerate infrastructure construction in relatively backward areas and select appropriate industries to drive the development of urbanization.
