摘要
专业诊改是确保专业持续发展的基本保障。以成果导向理念为指引,构建了以学习成果达成度为诊改依据、以培养目标到培养结果的层层支撑为前提、以影响学习成果实现的关键因素为诊改要素、以各利益相关方为诊改主体的专业诊改体系,并在该体系的指导下,对专业首届毕业生的人才培养质量进行了分析。实践证明,该诊改体系有助于引导专业从毕业要求达成度评价结果反向追溯人才培养方案设计实施过程中的不足,解决专业发展中最为紧迫的问题。
It is essential for a program to optimize its design based on diagnosis results in order to guarantee its sustainable development.The present paper builds a system serving this purpose,identifying the basis of,the prerequisite for,the key factors of and roles involved in the diagnosis and optimization of a program.It turns out that the application of the system makes it possible to track problems in the students training process based on the students’achievements of expected program learning outcomes,thus solving problems requiring instant attention.
