miRNA-23在多发性子宫肌瘤中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系

Expression of miRNA-23 in multiple uterine leiomyomas and its relationship with clinicopathological features

目的比较多发、单发性子宫肌瘤患者及健康体检者间的miRNA-23表达水平,分析不同miRNA-23表达水平的多发性子宫肌瘤患者间临床病理特征差异。方法采用实时定量PCR(RT-qPCR)法检测多发性(多发组,93例)和单发性(单发组,68例)子宫肌瘤手术患者血清、组织中miRNA-23的表达水平,定量PCR检测30名健康体检女性(对照组)血清中miRNA-23的表达水平,比较三者间的差异性,并分析血清及组织中miRNA-23表达与多发性子宫肌瘤患者临床病理特征的关系。结果血清中miRNA-23的相对表达量:多发组低于其他2组,单发组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多发组患者组织中miRNA-23的相对表达量低于单发组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄及是否绝经的多发性子宫肌瘤患者血清及组织中miRNA-23表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但不同肌瘤数量、肌瘤体积、最大肌瘤直径的患者血清及组织中miRNA-23表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论miRNA-23在子宫肌瘤患者血清中的表达低于健康者,且不同肌瘤数量、肌瘤体积、最大肌瘤直径的患者血清及组织中miRNA-23表达水平存在显著性差异。

Objective To compare the expression levels of miRNA-23 in patients with multiple and single uterine leiomyoma and healthy people,and to analyze the differences of clinicopathological features among patients with multiple uterine leiomyomas with different expression levels of miRNA-23.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR)was used to detect the expression of miRNA-23 in serum and tissues of patients with multiple uterine leiomyoma(n=93)and single hysteromyoma(n=68).Quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression level of miRNA-23 in serum of 30 healthy women(control group).The differences among the three groups were compared.The relationship between the expression of miRNA-23 in serum and tissue and the clinicopathological features of patients with multiple uterine leiomyomas was analyzed.Results The relative expression of miRNA-23 in serum of patients with multiple uterine leiomyomas was significantly lower than that of patients with single uterine leiomyoma and control group(P<0.05).The relative expression of miRNA-23 in serum of patients with single uterine leiomyoma was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The relative expression of miRNA-23 in tissues of multiple uterine leiomyoma group was significantly lower than that in single uterine leiomyoma group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of miRNA-23 in serum and tissues of patients with multiple uterine leiomyomas of different ages and menopause(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the expression of miRNA-23 in serum and tissues of patients with different number,volume and maximum diameter of leiomyomas(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of miRNA-23 in serum and tissues of patients with uterine leiomyomas was lower than that of healthy people,and there were significant differences in the expression of miRNA-23 in serum and tissues of patients with different number,volume and maximum diameter of uterine leiomyomas.
