曲安奈德联合金因肽对糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病患者细胞免疫功能的影响

Effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined withGene Time on the cellular immune function in patients with erosive ulcerative oral mucosal disease

目的探讨曲安奈德联合金因肽对糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法84例糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组予以曲安奈德治疗,观察组予以曲安奈德联合金因肽治疗,对比两组细胞免疫功能及疗效。结果治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,观察组CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组病损程度、疼痛评分、口腔黏膜疾病量表(COMDQ)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合金因肽治疗糜烂溃疡性口腔黏膜病可改善患者细胞免疫功能,减轻病损与疼痛程度,进而减轻疾病对患者生活质量的影响。

Objective To investigate the effects of triamcinolone acetonide combined with Gene Time on cellular immune function in patients with erosive ulcerative oral mucosa.Methods A total of 84 patients with erosive ulcerative oral mucosal disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide,and the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with Gene Time.The cellular immune function and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,respectively,and CD8^(+)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of disease damage,pain score and the COMDQ score of oral mucosal disease scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Triamcinolone acetonide combined with Gene Time in the treatment of erosive ulcerative oral mucosal disease can improve the cellular immune function of patients,reduce the degree of disease damage and pain,and reduce the impact of the disease on the quality of life of patients.
