康复信念强化干预模式对冠脉介入术后患者依从性的影响

Effect of rehabilitation belief strengthening intervention model on patients’compliance after coronary intervention

文章对经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)的患者分别采用常规护理和康复信念强化干预,对比观察2种护理方式对患者治疗依从性和心血管事件发生情况的影响。结果显示,康复信念强化干预可增强PCI术后冠心病患者康复认知、信念和行为的认知,提高其院外治疗依从性,降低急性冠脉综合征的发病率。

The patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were treated with routine nursing and intensive rehabilitation belief intervention respectively,and the effects of the two nursing methods on treatment compliance and cardiovascular events were compared.The results showed that rehabilitation belief intensive intervention could enhance the cognition of rehabilitation,belief and behavior of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,improve their compliance with out-of-hospital treatment,and reduce the incidence of acute coronary syndrome.
