摘要
简述了某冶炼厂在旋浮强化铜冶炼过程中降低熔炼炉渣含铜的生产实践,对影响熔炼渣含铜的因素进行了分析研究。实践表明,通过控制炉渣中Fe_(3)O_(4)的含量,选择适宜的Fe/SiO_(2)与控制温度,并对沉淀池和开停炉作业进行有效的管理,能够有效降低渣含铜。
The production practice of a smelter to reduce the copper content in the smelting slag during the whirlwind strengthening copper smelting process is briefly described,and the factors affecting the copper content in the smelting slag are analyzed and studied.Practice shows that by controlling the content of Fe_(3)O_(4) in the slag,choosing suitable Fe/SiO_(2) and reaction temperature,and effectively managing the sedimentation tank and the start-stop operations,the copper content in the slag can be effectively reduced.
