“U”型进液方式降低铜粉电解能耗的研究

摘要 电解铜粉具有纯度高、成形性好、呈树枝状等特点,广泛应用于粉末冶金零部件、金刚石工具、电碳等领域。但由于其阴、阳极距较窄,极板之间电解液流动缓慢,故浓差极化现象普遍,造成槽电压升高,能源的极大浪费。因此亟需以研发的新型电解槽为研究对象,采用不同的流量和进液方式,研究流量和流向等实验参数对电解铜粉槽电压和电耗的影响,获得最佳的进液方式。 Electrolytic copper powder has the characteristics of high purity,good formability,dendritic and so on.It is widely used in powder metallurgy parts,diamond tools,electric carbon and other fields.However,due to the narrow gap between anode and anode,the electrolyte flow between the plates is slow,so the phenomenon of concentration polarization is common,resulting in the increase of tank voltage and a great waste of energy.In this paper,the effect of flow and flow direction on the voltage and power consumption of the electrolytic copper powder cell is studied by using different flow rate and liquid feeding methods,and the best liquid feeding method is obtained.
