本文结合本单位NADCAP审核经验,依据AC7101/3 REV.D检查单要求,从设备要求、试样检查和测量、热电偶、现场试验等几个方面重点介绍了在Nadcap拉伸蠕变试验审核过程中审核老师较为关注的和易产生不符合项的环节,以及现场试验时应注意的要点,以助于实验室顺利通过该试验项目的NADCAP审核。

Based on the NADCAP audit experience of our unit and according to the requirements of AC7101/3 Rev.D checklist,this paper focuses on the aspects of equipment requirements,sample inspection and measurement,thermocouple,field test,etc.,which are of great concern to the audit teachers and are prone to produce nonconformance items in the process of NADCAP tensile creep test.And points to pay attention to during the field test to help the laboratory successfully pass the NADCAP audit of the test project.
