金矿破碎矿体高分段嗣后充填采矿技术优化研究 被引量:10

摘要 某地下金矿位于塔吉克斯坦境内,属于中等复杂程度矿山。为了解决采切比高、采场结构不稳、巷道破坏严重等开采问题,从采场结构参数、巷道布置、落矿工艺及回采顺序、充填工艺等方面对采矿技术进行优化,提出了中深孔高分段采矿嗣后充填技术方案。通过增大分段高度至21 m、调整底部结构高度为13 m、优化采用高分段中深孔爆破技术和新型复合充填挡墙等技术,实现采场千吨采切比降至4.48 m/kt,炸药综合单耗降至0.42 kg/t,损失贫化率均控制在8%以下。研究成果应用于矿山生产,有效提高了井下出矿效率,创造了较好的经济效益,为在"一带一路"国家进行资源开发起到了良好的示范效应。 An ungerground gold mine is located in Tajikistan.It belongs to a medium-complex mine.In order to solve the mining problems such as the unstable structure of the stope with high mining-cut ratio and the serious damage of the roadway,the mining process and the mining sequence are arranged according to the structural parameters of the stope.The mining technology is optimized in the aspects of backfill technology,and the technical scheme of middle-deep hole and high sublevel mining with subsequent backfill is proposed.By increasing the sublevel height to 21 m,adjusting the height of the bottom structure to 13 m,optimizing the high sublevel medium-deep hole blasting technology and the new composite filling retaining wall,the mining-cutting ratio of 1000 tons of practical stope is reduced to 4.48 m/kt,the comprehensive unit consumption of explosive is reduced to 0.42 kg/t,and the loss and dilution rate is controlled below 8%.The application of the research results in mine production can effectively improve the efficiency of underground ore drawing,create good economic benefits,and play a good demonstration effect for resource development in"One Belt and One Road"countries.
