摘要
本文阐述了冲击响应谱分析的基本原理,提出了一种变频器冲击振动计算方法。通过将时域的冲击载荷转换成频域载荷,得到冲击响应谱,并将冲击响应谱载荷施加到变频器,采用响应谱分析方法进行冲击振动计算,能极大地提高计算速度,为变频器的抗冲击振动优化设计提供一种快速评估方法。
The basic principle of shock response spectrum analysis is stated,and a calculation method for the vibration of the power converter with impact load is proposed.By transforming the impulse load into frequency load,the equivalent spectrum of impact load can be obtained.Then the load spectrum is applied to power converter to calculate the impact response by response spectrum analysis,with greatly improved calculation speed,which provides a fast evaluation method for the optimal design of anti impact load of power converter.
