摘要
选择电容转子交流电动机用于船舶锚机,并采用PLC控制器与变频器对其实施变频控制,能够使锚机电动机在接近极值转矩下起动;与三速锚机相比,可以获得更多档位的起锚速度,能够大大提升船舶的避险能力。
Capacitor rotor AC motor is selected for ship windlass,and PLC controller and frequency converter are used to control it,which can make the windlass motor start near the extreme torque;Compared with the three speed windlass,it can obtain more anchor lif ting speeds;Can greatly enhance the ability of the ship to avoid risk.
