New Model of Grassroots Psychological Patrol in Armed Police Forces

通过武警某部心理服务分队近两年来的基层部队心理巡诊工作方法及效果分析,创新式地采用"巡诊、筛查、远程"心理服务工作机制,通过全覆盖式巡诊、高危筛查发现服务对象,与求助官兵建立微信视频服务,定时、定期进行心理咨询服务和网络随访,让官兵足不出营就能接受到高品质的心理服务,解决某些基层单位地处偏远而无法接受良好心理治疗的问题,为部队安全稳定提供有力保障。

Based on the analysis of working methods of psychological patrol in grass-roots units by the psychological service unit of an armed police force in the past two years,this paper innovatively adopts the working mechanism of"patrol,inspection and remote"psychological service,finding service objects through full coverage patrol and high-risk inspection,establishes Wechat video services with requesting officers and soldiers,and regularly carries out psychological consultation and online outpatient follow-up,so that officers and soldiers can receive high-quality psychological services without leaving the camp,achieving satisfactory results,and providing a strong guarantee for the safety and stability of the army.
