研究型病房的“共享综合”实践模式

为加快医药健康协同创新发展,围绕药物临床试验改革创新的管理理念,基于研究型病房的理念和在医院内的组建及实践,构建"共享综合"管理模式。该模式通过共享研究型病房的平台优势,综合全院的临床资源,优化院内临床试验的组织管理体制、运行机制,制定完善的质量体系,增设临床试验专职人员,使平台与资源有机结合,共同促进临床研究的优效发展。"共享综合"的创新运行模式已在医院20项临床研究中开展实践,较传统的临床试验模式,加快了临床试验的效率,提升了临床研究的质量,模式优势已见成效。此创新运营模式还需在后期的项目实践中进一步完善,需要在不同的临床研究领域进一步检验,从而为提高全院临床试验管理水平,为探索研究型医院模式积累经验。

To accelerate the innovation,collaboration and development of medicine and healthcare,according to the concept of clinical trial reformation,and depending on the idea of research ward and the framework of general hospital,"integrated sharing"mode has been established as an attempt of changing the scheme of clinical trials in general hospital.This mode integrated superior resources from different platforms and stimulated high-quality development through optimizing the management system,operation system,quality control system and human resource system of the hospital."Integrated sharing"mode has achieved a milestone of elevated efficiency and promoted quality on twenty successful projects.Afterall,this mode requires continuous improvement and validation on a wide scope of clinical trials,to keep the leading position of global clinical trial management and accumulate experience for the ultimate goal of transforming to research-oriented hospital.
