摘要
为克服行政部门职责不清、协作机制不畅、管理人员专业化程度低等问题,提升行政部门解决复杂问题的能力,以及更好地服务临床,医院实施《职能部门"首接负责制"》,并从完善制度、提高认识、提高信息化3个方面提出建议与思考。
In order to overcome the problems in hospital administration,including unclear duty separation in departments,weak cooperation between departments,low degree of specialization of administrator,and improve the ability of administration department to solve comprehensive problems and better serve clinical departments,the hospital introduces first reception system.Reflections and suggestions are put forward from three aspects:improving systems,raising awareness,and enhancing informatization.
