基于云平台的急诊筛查信息化管理

Information Management Based on Cloud Platform in Emergency Screening

目的探索新冠疫情下,提高急诊筛查效率和准确性的信息化管理方法。方法依托简道云软件制作新冠流调和登记二维码,通过患者及陪同者扫码流调和登记,对比采用基于简道云平台信息化管理前后急诊筛查登记信息的准确率、被筛查者满意度以及在急诊筛查处滞留时间。结果运用基于云平台的信息化管理后,登记信息准确率由原来的21.70%提高到99.50%,采用信息化筛查后被筛查者满意度由原来的69.54%提高到76.88%(P=0.032),每位被筛查者在急诊筛查处的滞留时间(中位数)由原来的55 s变为54 s(P=0.307)。结论基于简道云平台的急诊筛查处信息化管理在不降低急诊筛查工作效率的基础上,可以大幅度提高急诊筛查登记信息的准确率和就诊人员的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the information management method to improve the efficiency and accuracy of emergency screening during COVID-19 epidemic.Methods The patients and their companions scanned the QR code which was made for COVID-19 epidemiological investigation and registration based on Jiandaoyun software,to compare the accuracy of emergency screening and registration information,the satisfaction of the screened and the waiting time at the emergency screening place before and after the implementation of information management.Results The accuracy rate of registration information increased from 21.70%to 99.50%after the implementation of information management.The satisfaction of the screened increased from 69.54%to 76.88%after the implementation of information screening management(P=0.032).The residence time(median)of each screened customer at the emergency screening place changed from the original 55 s to 54 s(P=0.307).ConclusionThe application of information management at emergency screening place based on Jiandaoyun platform does not affect the work efficiency of emergency screening.It can greatly increase the accuracy of screening registration information and improve the satisfaction of the screened customer,which is worthy of promotion.
