高校附属医院思政教育工作体系

System of Ideological and Political Education in College-Affiliated Hospitals

党和国家历来高度重视教育中的思政工作,高校附属医院因其思政工作的重要性,必须走自我创新的探索之路。目前如思政教育重视力度不够,多元协同的育人格局尚未形成;思政元素与专业联系不紧密;思政教师师资队伍水平良莠不齐等。立足问题出发,重点从师资队伍建设、课程设置、评价体系建设等几方面深入研究,探索建立高校附属医院思政教育工作体系路径。

The Party and the state have always attached great importance to the ideological and political work in education.College-affiliated hospitals must take the path of self-innovation exploration because of the importance.However,there are problems such as insufficient attention to the ideological and political education,unformed pattern of multi-pluralistic and coordinated education,unclose tight between the ideological and political elements and profession,and uneven level of teachers of ideological and political education.Based on the problem,this paper focuses on in-depth study from the aspects of teaching staff construction,curriculum setting and evaluation system construction,and explores the path of establishing the system of ideological and political education in college-affiliated hospitals.
