提升海洋平台透平机组运行稳定性的维保技术措施 被引量:1

摘要 透平发电机作为海洋石油平台主要动力设备,为平台提供主要电力,透平发电机组的稳定运行直接影响平台生产,因此它被称为海上石油平台的"心脏"。按照厂家的指导手册要求,透平发电机运行30 000 h就必须进行返厂大修,大修费用高、周期长,不利于公司长远发展。因此加强对透平的日常维修保养提升透平稳定运行、延长大修周期,对降低成本和平台安全稳定生产有着非常重要的意义。在对透平几大系统进行重点分析的基础上,提出对应的维修保养建议以提升透平稳定性。 As the main power equipment of the offshore oil platform,the turbine generator provides the main power for the platform. The stable operation of the turbine generator set directly affects the production of the platform,so it is called the "heart" of the offshore oil platform. Turbine generators must be returned to the factory for overhaul after 30 000 hours of operation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction manual. The overhaul costs are high and the cycle is long,which is not conducive to the company’s long-term development. Therefore,strengthening the daily maintenance of the turbine,improving the stable operation of the turbine,and extending the overhaul period are of great significance for reducing costs,and for the safe and stable production of the platform. This paper proposes corresponding maintenance suggestions for several major systems of the turbine to improve the stability of the turbine.
