污水处理工艺优化控制模块(RTC)的工程应用

摘要 在现代化的城市污水处理工艺中,有关生物池溶氧优化和精确曝气得到广泛应用。为达到曝气处理工艺的优化和节能目的,现代化污水处理厂越来越重视工艺实时控制优化,工艺优化控制模块(RTC)为设计和业主应用提供了更多控制优化、布局灵活的系统方案。结合新疆某污水处理厂工程设计实例,详细论述RTC在具体污水处理厂的设计应用,为曝气工艺优化提供借鉴和参考。 In the modern urban sewage treatment process,the optimization of dissolved oxygen in biological tank and precise aeration are more widely used to achieve the optimization of aeration treatment process and energy saving. Modern sewage treatment plants pay more and more attention to process real-time control optimization. Process optimization control module provides more control optimization and more flexible system schemes for design and owner application. Combined with the engineering design example of a sewage treatment plant in Xinjiang, the design and application of RTC in the specific sewage treatment plant are discussed, so as to provide reference for the optimization of aeration process.
