新形势下防灾减灾科普教育新模式的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of New Model of Science Popularization Education for Disaster Prevention and Reduction under New Situation

直面突发事件、自然灾害,采取及时有效的防范措施,是第一时间化解和降低灾害损失的关键所在。面临灾害时能否快速做出反应、采取正确有效的防范措施,则取决于是否具备防灾避险自救的意识和能力,这与接受良好的防灾减灾科普宣传教育密不可分。对现阶段天津市防灾减灾科普教育存在的问题进行分析,并以"应急之星"活动为例,对加强新形势下防灾减灾科普教育新模式进行探讨,提出相应的对策和发展建议。

Facing emergencies and natural disasters and taking timely and effective preventive measures are the key points to resolve and reduce disaster losses at the first time. Whether to respond quickly and take correct and effective preventive measures in the face of disasters depends on whether to have the awareness and ability of disaster prevention and risk avoidance and self rescue,which is inseparable from receiving good science popularization and education of disaster prevention and reduction. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the science popularization education of disaster prevention and reduction in Tianjin at the present stage. Taking the "emergency star" activity as an example,the new model of strengthening the science popularization education of disaster prevention and reduction under the new situation is discussed,and corresponding countermeasures and development suggestions are put forward.
