Cultivation and Quality of Editors of Scientific Journals in New Media Era

随着科学技术和新媒体的迅猛发展,知识老化速度加快,更新周期急剧缩短,对编辑也提出更高的要求,有关编辑修养的话题也有了更新的内容。无论是传统媒体时代还是新媒体时代,面对当前读者阅读习惯的改变,提高编辑的修养与素质对做好编辑工作至关重要。为提高科技期刊编辑的修养与素质,从培养耐心和探索精神、建立精益求精的编辑态度、勤于总结分析、培养敏锐的洞察力、构建沟通读者与作者的桥梁5方面进行了阐述。

With the rapid development of science and technology and new media,the aging speed of knowledge has accelerated,and the renewal cycle has been shortened sharply. There are higher requirements for editors,and the topics related to editor cultivation have also been updated. In both the traditional media era and the new media era,in the face of the change of the current reading habits of readers,it is very important to improve the cultivation and quality of editors. In order to improve the cultivation and quality of scientific journal editors, this paper expounds the following five aspects:cultivating the patience and exploration spirit,establishing the editorial attitude of keeping improving,being diligent in summary and analysis,cultivating the keen insight,and building a bridge between readers and authors.
