大清河(白洋淀)流域高分辨率水污染源清单构建技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以大清河流域(白洋淀)为研究对象,梳理了大气源清单构建技术流程,对比两类源清单的不同,分析提出水污染源清单构建的主要难点问题是既要体现污染物汇入河流的流域空间特点,又要补齐构建过程中的一些关键环节。采用类比法及多目标优化法,模拟大气源清单构建技术同时考虑水污染源清单特性、应用性、可得性,构建了高时空分辨率水污染源清单技术,系统提出源清单分类及精度确定,基于最小统计单位的排放量计算,排放量分解,入河量计算,源清单空间展示,质量保障及动态更新机制等方法。并在该流域加以应用,最终对构建技术中计算参数及质量保障、动态更新机制的优化完善及施用于其他流域提出展望。 The thesis takes the Daqing River Basin(Bai Yangdian)as the research object.The technical process of air emissions inventory has been sorted out.By comparing the differences between the two types of inventories,put forward the main difficulties in the construction of the water pollutant inventory.One is to reflect the spatial characteristics of the river basin,and the other is to complement some key links.This paper uses multi-objective optimization methods,based on air emissions inventory,applicability and availability of the water pollutant inventory,a high-spatial-temporal resolution water pollutant inventory technology was constructed.Propose methods such as inventory classification and accuracy determination,emission calculation based on the smallest statistical unit,emission decomposition,inflow calculation,inventory space display,quality assurance and dynamic update mechanism,etc.Technology was applied in the river basin.At last,put forward prospects for the calculation parameters,quality assurance,dynamic update mechanism and its application in other watersheds.
